How to Order

Ordering your personalised venue sketch is simple:

1. Upload your photograph of the venue or special place.
2. Enter your personalisation details, including names and date.
3. Add your chosen wording, venue name, location or message.
4. Check your information carefully before completing your order.
5. I’ll then create your personalised illustration and send you a digital proof to review before printing.

Once you approve your design, I professionally print your artwork using pigment-quality inks onto luxurious archival matte premium artist card.

The premium card beautifully displays the fine lines and details of your illustration. Plus, its high-quality finish makes your artwork perfect for displaying in your home or giving as a special gift.

With the framed option, I professionally mount your A4 print with an even border and present it in an elegant 11 × 14 inch frame, ready to display.

Frame Information

For framed orders, you can choose from a white, black or oak-effect 14 × 11 inch frame with a white mount.

I source my premium frames in the UK and use high-quality Perspex glazing for safer delivery.

As a result, your artwork arrives beautifully presented and ready to display or give as a gift.

Choosing Your Photograph

For the best result, please upload the clearest, highest-resolution photograph you have of your chosen venue or special place.

Ideally, try to:

• Show the whole building or location
• Avoid cropping important architectural details
• Use the highest-quality image available
• Choose a clear view of the venue where possible

However, don’t worry if your favourite photograph contains cars, people, bins or other distractions. I can often remove these as part of the illustration process.

Don’t have a suitable photograph?
No problem. For wedding venues, churches, hotels, restaurants, landmarks and other public places, you can send me a link to a suitable photograph online. Alternatively, a Google Street View image may work.

Your Proof

Once I’ve created your illustration, I’ll send you a digital proof to review before printing.

Your order also includes up to three amendments at no additional charge, giving you the opportunity to request small changes and make sure you’re completely happy with your artwork before I send it to print.
