Your photograph doesn’t need to be perfect. As part of the illustration process, thoughtful adjustments can be made to help create a beautifully finished portrait that focuses on the place that means the most to you.

This can include removing cars, people, bins, signs or other distractions, adding flowers or greenery, and making other small finishing touches where possible.

Frame Information

Framed portraits are supplied with a premium 14 × 11 inch frame and mount, available in white, black or oak effect.

Frames are UK sourced and finished with high-quality Perspex glazing for safer delivery. Your portrait arrives beautifully presented and ready to display.

Choosing Your Photograph

For the best result, upload the clearest, highest-resolution photograph of your chosen venue or special place that you have available.

Ideally, the whole building or location should be visible without important details being cropped.

Don’t worry if your favourite photograph contains cars, people, bins or other distractions — many of these can be removed as part of the illustration process.

Don’t have a suitable photograph?
That’s absolutely fine. For wedding venues, churches, hotels, landmarks and other public places, you can send a link to a suitable photograph online. A Google Street View image may also be suitable.

Your Proof

Once your illustration has been created, you’ll receive a digital proof to review before printing.

Your order includes up to three amendments at no additional charge, giving you the opportunity to request any small adjustments and make sure you’re happy with your finished portrait before it goes to print.
