Unlike a traditional guest book that may eventually be stored away, your finished artwork can be framed and displayed in your home as a lasting reminder of your venue, your guests and your wedding day.

Please note: I create each venue illustration digitally from your photograph using professional digital painting software and artist brushes. Your finished piece is a digitally illustrated artwork rather than an original hand-painted painting.

3. Add your names, date, venue and chosen wording.
4. I’ll create your artwork and send you a digital proof to approve.
5. On the day, guests add their fingerprints and names or signatures.
6. After your celebration, frame and display your completed keepsake.

Your Venue, Perfected

Image editing is included with every order

Your photograph doesn’t need to be perfect. I can often remove cars, people, bins, signs and other distractions as part of the illustration process.

If you don’t have a suitable photograph, you can also send me a link to an online image of a public venue, or a Google Street View image may work.

Premium Quality Printing

Once you approve your design, I professionally print your artwork using pigment-quality inks onto luxurious archival matte premium artist card, chosen to reproduce the delicate colours and details of your venue illustration beautifully.

Optional fingerprint ink pads are also available, making it easy for guests to add their fingerprints on the day.

For framed orders, choose from a white, black or oak-effect 14 × 11 inch frame with a white mount. I source my premium frames in the UK and use high-quality Perspex glazing for safer delivery.

Please add fingerprints and signatures before placing your finished artwork into the frame.

Choosing Your Photograph

For the best result, choose a clear, high-resolution photograph that shows the whole venue without cropping important architectural details.

However, don’t worry about small obstructions such as cars, bins or people, as I can often remove these.

I’ll send you a digital proof to review before printing, and your order includes up to three amendments at no additional charge.

This gives you the opportunity to make sure you’re completely happy with your personalised design before it goes to print.
